Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Star of Venice’ is een elegante, wintergroene klimplant
met heerlijk geurende stervormige bloemen. De zuiver witte bloemen steken prachtig af
tegen het glanzende donkergroene blad en zorgen van het voorjaar tot in de zomer voor
een mediterrane en luxe uitstraling in iedere tuin, op het terras of balkon.
Dankzij de royale potmaat van 23 cm is de plant al goed ontwikkeld en direct klaar om
een pergola, schutting, muur of klimrek sfeervol te begroenen. Deze compacte en sterke
klimplant bereikt een hoogte van ongeveer 200 tot 400 cm en groeit het beste op een
zonnige tot halfschaduwrijke standplaats in goed doorlatende grond.
De heerlijk zoet geurende bloemen trekken bijen en vlinders aan en zorgen voor extra
leven in de tuin. Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Star of Venice’ is onderhoudsvriendelijk,
wintergroen en eenvoudig te verzorgen. Met een lichte snoei na de bloei blijft de plant
mooi compact en behoudt zij haar volle en verzorgde uitstraling.
