The Strelitzia nicolai, also known as the bird of paradise plant, is a large green houseplant that loves sunlight. With its beautiful large green leaves it perfectly fills the empty corner of a room. Originally from South Africa, the Strelitzia can grow in full sun up to 10 meters high! This houseplant is also known for its beautiful flowers that grow in the wild. The flowers look a bit like birds of paradise, which is why the plant is called the 'bird of paradise plant'! This houseplant will unfortunately not bloom very quickly indoors, but the beautiful large green leaves are a delight in themselves. The may occasionally cause cracks in the leaf. This is completely natural for the bird of paradise plant and is nothing to worry about. Delivered together with the Lissabon basket. This plant basket, made of eco-friendly jute, exudes toughness and fits into various interiors. With natural tones and a white bottom, this basket is ideal for various houseplants.
