Onze plantenterraria worden geleverd als een Doe-Het-Zelf (DIY) pakket. Na ontvangst zet je je nieuwe groene vriend in een mum van tijd in elkaar met het eenvoudige 5-stappenplan. Maar maak je geen zorgen, alles wat je moet weten over je plantenterrarium wordt in 5 eenvoudige stappen uitgelegd.

Types of Returns:
We do not accept returns due to purchase regret. However, we are open to returns of incorrectly delivered items.
Terms for Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
The returned products must be in unused condition and must not show any signs of serious damage, especially non-living plants.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund within 7 to 15 days.
Postage costs:
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the costs of return shipping. In other cases, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
