Uiterlijk van de plant: De Phoenix Canariensis, ook wel Canarische dadelpalm genoemd, heeft sierlijke, donkergroene, geveerde bladeren die vanuit een enkele stam groeien. Deze palm geeft een exotische uitstraling en is een echte blikvanger in elke ruimte.

Standplaats: Deze palm houdt van veel zonlicht en kan zowel binnen als buiten staan. Plaats bij voorkeur op een zonnige plek, maar hij verdraagt ook lichte schaduw.

Waterbehoefte: Geef de Phoenix Canariensis regelmatig water, vooral in de zomermaanden. Laat de bovenste laag van de potgrond tussen gietbeurten opdrogen en vermijd dat de wortels in stilstaand water staan.

Verzending: Wij verpakken jouw producten in een stevige, speciaal voor (kamer)planten ontworpen doos. De planten en de potgrond worden beschermd door een beschermhoes. De kamerplanten worden vastgezet in de doos. Zo wordt jouw plant niet alleen vers en gezond, maar ook ongeschonden geleverd.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping for plants and flowers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following terms:

Our return and refund policy is intended to provide transparency to our customers and to comply with Dutch consumer protection laws. We strive to describe our terms and conditions as clearly as possible.
Types of Returns:
We do not accept returns due to purchase regret. However, we are open to returns of incorrectly delivered items.
Terms for Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
The returned products must be in unused condition and must not show any signs of serious damage, especially non-living plants.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund within 7 to 15 days.
Postage costs:
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the costs of return shipping. In other cases, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
