Verzorging van de orchidee
Geef jouw orchidee één keer per week water door de kweekpot onder te dompelen in het water. Laat de orchidee hierna goed uitlekken voordat je de kamerplant terug in de sierpot zet. Kies een lichte plek uit, maar niet in direct zonlicht, met kamertemperaturen tussen 18 en 21 graden. Zet de orchidee daarnaast niet in de buurt van een kachel of verwarming.
Verpakking & levering
Onze planten worden rechtstreeks van onze kwekerij naar jou verzonden. Ze worden verpakt in een speciaal ontwikkelde verzenddoos, die ervoor zorgt dat planten en potten tijdens verzending niet beschadigen.

We do not accept returns due to purchase regret. However, we are open to returns of incorrectly delivered items.
Terms for Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
The returned products must be in unused condition and must not show any signs of serious damage, especially non-living plants.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund within 7 to 15 days.
Postage costs:
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the costs of return shipping. In other cases, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
