*De orchideee wordt geleverd met 2 of 3 stevige takken, afhankelijk van de actuele beschikbaarheid. Omdat we met levende producten werken, kunnen er kleine variaties zijn in het aantal takken of bloemen.

We do not accept returns due to purchase regret. However, we are open to returns of incorrectly delivered items.
Terms for Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
The returned products must be in unused condition and must not show any signs of serious damage, especially non-living plants.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund within 7 to 15 days.
Postage costs:
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the costs of return shipping. In other cases, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
